SharePoint and Power Platform consultant.

Remote, Canada-based.

SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps and Graph API, plus the automation that takes manual work off your team. Eight years building business software, close to seven as a consultant, including for the SAAQ and the Société québécoise des infrastructures. Direct, or as overflow capacity for agencies.

Example Monday morning
  1. Export the report from the system 20 min
  2. Retype the numbers into the spreadsheet 45 min
  3. Reconcile the differences 30 min
  4. Email the file out 15 min

Every week, twelve months a year 1 h 50

What I fix

  • Data retyped from one file into another

The same number entered three times, into three systems that do not talk to each other — and three chances to get it wrong.

  • Approvals that live in email threads

Nobody knows who approved what, or when, without digging through an inbox.

  • A report someone rebuilds every week

Always the same one, always by hand, always during hours that person would spend better elsewhere.

The offer

What I do

The same know-how, at the scale of a five-to-fifty-person company: tools delivered in stages, each one priced up front.

  • SAAQ · SQI · 2019–2025

    Microsoft 365 and SharePoint

Intranets, document management, permissions, Power Automate, Power Apps. Close to seven years consulting on these, including the SAAQ and the Société québécoise des infrastructures, where I led the migration to the cloud.

SharePoint Online · Power Automate · Power Apps · Graph API

  • Scripts · AI agents

Automation and AI applied to repetitive work

An agent or a script that takes a repetitive task end to end: data re-entry, follow-ups, weekly reports. Models can run on your own hardware when the data must not leave the company.

Agents · MCP · local LLMs

  • Accounting · M365 · online store

    Custom business applications

For when the missing tool does not exist on the market. Plus integration with what you already run: accounting system, Microsoft 365, online store.

    C#/.NET · TypeScript · SQL

  • Cloud or your own servers

    Hosting and operations

Your applications hosted with a cloud provider or on your own servers, depending on your data. Updates, backups and monitoring included.

    Linux · Docker · Ansible

Work you can look at

One current engagement described as it stands, and three things online you can open right now.

  • Prototype · pilot planned

    Timesheets and approvals

A platform for a group of companies — maple processing, forestry, welding, transport — sharing a seasonal workforce: hours allocated per entity, approvals routed by role, French and English interface. A new business line is added through configuration rather than code.

  • Public demo

    Cristallise

A bilingual transactional store I built: Stripe checkout, a product configurator, and product imagery generated programmatically from CAD geometry. Running in demo mode — you can complete an order end to end.

  • Published extension

    DevTools for SharePoint

A Chrome and Edge extension I built and published: keyboard-driven navigation and inspectors for internal column names, content types and permission assignments. TypeScript, read-only.

  • Open source

    help-assistant

A help chatbot that never sees the customer’s data, with per-user token and cost caps. Open source, reusable in any web application.

How it works

How it starts

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

You describe the task that costs you the most time. I tell you whether it can be automated, and what it would take on your side. No charge.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

What gets delivered, when, and at what price — before any work starts.

  3. 03

    A first usable version, quickly

Rather than a big project delivered in six months. We adjust from something that already runs in your shop.
